At WellnessZ, we strive to deliver the best digital wellness experience to all our clients and coaches. Since our services include digital products and subscriptions, refunds are provided only in specific cases.

Refunds are only applicable for duplicate payments or technical errors during checkout.

Subscription fees are non-refundable once the service is activated.

In case of a failed transaction or double charge, please contact us within 7 working days at support@wellnessz.in.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
